Ofc. Eugene Fields Jr. Baltimore Police Dept:

A well respected veteran Baltimore City Police Officer and an accomplished police instructor, specializing in courses such as self-defense, arrest & control tactics, riot control, physical training, police suicide awareness, and report writing. Mr. Fields is also the co-founder of the High School Homeland Security Academy in Baltimore City where inner city youth were given an opportunity to accel in a disciplined, para-military, and structured highschool environment, giving them a solid foundation from which to build their academic and professional careers,while providing shelter from the many storms of inner city life. Mr. Fields also served as the coordinator for the police cadet program in Baltimore, mentoring young adults from the ages of 18 to 20 and preparing them to enter into the police academy. As a member of Rock City Church in Baltimore,MD and an active volunteer in the Police Chaplain Program, Mr. Fields is a great example of a true peace officer, citizen, and ambassador of the "Kingdom of Heaven." Whether in full police uniform or in civilian clothes, where Officer Fields goes, the "Kingdom of Heaven" is present. A King! A Priest! A Citizen Of The Kingdom Of Heaven!

In 2008 the Latino Officers Association Florida, humbly joined Eugene's God given vision for the Public Safety Prayer wall.  The LOA-FLA with it's motto
